THIS IS ME I have always had a camera in my hand since I can remember. It has always been a passion of mine, but also one that I struggled with. I never thought that I was good enough or had an eye for photography. When I went away to college I decided to take a couple courses, film courses.. I realized that I had never used film nor did I have a 35mm, I had no idea what I was doing! Thankfully, my grandpa gave me his old Minolta camera that he had used throughout the years to capture all of our childhood moments and started to teach me so that I wasn't totally lost in class, ha! Needless to say, I fell in love with film! Not only did I learn how to shoot film, but my skills with digital grew EXTENSIVELY.

After college, I put away the cameras for a few years and pursued my career in graphic design, but my passion for photography was still there! I would do a few senior sessions here and there and I thought that is what I wanted to stick in photography. I told God that if I was meant to do photography for him to show me away to break into the senior photography world. I also specifically told Him that I did NOT want to photograph weddings, that I was NOT going to be a wedding photographer. HA! That was about three years ago and boy did that one came back on me because I've done maybe three senior sessions since telling Him that and a lot of weddings..

I love everything about photographing a wedding. I love getting to know my bride and groom and their family! It's an honor and a privilege getting to capture the day you will remember for the rest of your lives.
